“Very disappointed. Bait and switch scam. All the socials about free flowers for an hour, just pay delivery. Sent flowers and got charged full price. Absolute rip off.”

Hello Tim, Thank you for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear you're disappointed. We gave away over 100 pixie bouquets and had a special link available for people to enter. It was just a small gesture to spread some flowers across Sydney and we didn't expect the popularity as we're so new to Sydney. We only had it available for the pixie bouquets as we have such a small team in Sydney and didn't want to overextend our florists. When you reached the check out it would have shown the amount in full, so please in future reach out to us before proceeding with the purchase if you felt confused at all. “Daily Blooms is my 'go to' for sending flowers - your flowers are always delightful, fresh, and beautiful. This week, I sent flowers to my grieving neighbours, they then took these flowers to their loved one's grave, saying they were so beautiful. Thankyou for your amazing customer service - I needed to add another name (my mistake) to the card, you sorted this for me so kindly. Cant recommend Daily Flowers highly enough. (Pinky)”
