I wanted to gift something different and DB had great options. My sister loved her Chrysanthemum Disbuds which arrived beautifully packaged in a box. The delivery was advertised as next day, but actually an estimate was given for 4 days later (fine as I wasn't rushing) and the flower colour was a lot more intense than on the website (see pic - vase not included). Overall though, great service and product.

It is a good experience of ordering flowers oversea. My sister finally got a beautiful bunch of flowers. It looks fresh and my sister keeps it for almost a week.

The process of ordering was nice and easy, and the flowers bought for my friend were beautiful! However, the only negative was that the flowers were meant to be delivered by 6pm and my friend only received the flowers by 9pm at night, which is far too late for a flower delivery. The tracking info was therefore inaccurate and I had to apologise for the late delivery. The courier service used is not the best. Other than that, the flowers were fantastic.

Hi Maria, We’re so sorry to hear that you had a disappointing delivery experience with us. While we aim to get every bouquet to the recipient as quickly as possible, on the very rare occasion, there may be unavoidable circumstances such as heavy traffic, road accidents or even a delivery driver vehicle issue which causes quite a delay to the original ETA. In this instance, we usually always contact the sender to let them know and to give them some alternative options. We apologise if for some reason, this did not happen with your order and will definitely look further into this. In the meantime, we are so happy to hear that you enjoyed the initial process, as well as the actual blooms! Please feel free to reach out to us if there is anything else we can do to help.

My mum loved the flowers. Thanks so much Daily Blooms team. Your courier on the other hand was lazy & just dumped them at the door and left. I left a review for him & promptly received a call back from him saying “ this is my job job. I do this everyday. I knocked on the door & rang the door bell, then I waited in my van. She ( my mum) came outside, waved to me & collected her flowers”. Then he just hung up on me…so bloody rude. My mum was home the entire day. He didn’t try to make contact with her. Clearly he was just too keen on getting his deliveries for the day finished. No customer service skills.

A lovely bunch of flowers, but I didn't feel the images and cost reflected the final outcome of the display. Appreciate it's a busy time of year but was a bit disappointed

The process of ordering and the tracking info was great. I did feel that the bouquet that went to my niece Lexy was a little underwhelming - too many filler stems and not enough actual flower blooms. All up it was about $74 (with delivery) - and it just didn't seem that impressive

Found it difficult to input aUk billing address (selection was for Oz only) but got over that. Flowers were apparently delivered this morning and my friends sent me photo which look good. They were delighted. I’ve just realised that this review can only be submitted as anonymous or name of the recipient, not the giver. That should be sorted.

Beautiful flowers. Unfortunately they were delivered to my neighbour. No fault of daily blooms, just the driver that was used.

Ordering was easy, flowers were beautiful. I ordered them to be delivered to a friend at work for her birthday they got there at 4:30pm unfortunately after she had already left for the day. I will use again but probably not for anything that is time sensitive.
