“Delivery instructions were not followed. Gift was misplaced & later found delivered to the wrong area.”

“I was very happy with the selection, price and prompt delivery of my order however, my message was not included on the card.. my friends did not know who it was from which was disappointing. I checked my order details and the message was definately there.”

Thanks so much for your review Jennie! We wrap all of our blooms in our signature hessian as this is the most sustainable option. We don't do any boxed bunches sorry!

“Decided on a whim to send wine and flowers to my neice mid Sunday morning and it was delivered a few hours later! Excellent service.”

“Excellent service, only issue I have is the flowers were supposed to be a surprise as most are bur a text message was sent to my Mum morning of delivery so it spoilt the surprise. Perhaps only text the sender until arrival at the delivery address then text the receipent”

“The flowers were beautiful and the birthday girl was extremely happy with it. Unfortunately by the time it was delivered to the birthday girl it was 7pm, the end of the day.”

“Recipient did not see the flowers until the evening as it wasn’t left in an obvious. It would have been great for her to receive the same message I did enabling her to locate the flowers. She was very pleased with the bouquet.”

“Should let customer know of a shorter time frame than 9am - 6pm. People have pre planned places to be at. Bouquet was not as vibrant or beautiful as the picture shown, flowers weren’t as fresh as expected. However, great customer service!”

“Tracking in delivery was great to have available. Small negative was the was a big bird poo on the flowers that somone left on the flowers when they were arranged.”
