Service was fast and right on the requested time manner. I was pleased with everything up to the moment u received the picture from my sister and there was mostly wild flower and one pink rose in the middle?! I’ve spent over $200 dollars and it wasn’t worth it.

I had ordered flowers for an anniversary gift on a Tuesday night, expecting next day delivery. Unfortunately, the delivery was delayed the following morning and there was no reason given why on the delivery tracker. By the time the delivery was sorted, it was too late to arrive at its destination on time. However, the helpful customer service people gave me the option to cancel and get a refund, factoring in that my delivery did not arrive as expected. The cancellation and refund (done over live chat and email) was processed quickly. Delivery was poor, but customer service was good.

Ordered flowers online for my mother’s (Diana) birthday was easy and the flower arrangement was beautiful. But what let your business down was the courier who just plonked the $90 bouquet on the ground, pressed the door bell and proceeded to walk off. This was meant to be a surprise delivery, he could’ve waited for her to answer the door and handed them over kindly rather then what he did. Also there was no message attached to the bouquet which I requested for, she had no idea who they were from! -Anita

Hello Anita, Thank you so much for your feedback, we advise our drivers to be contactless as a covid safe measure. From what I can see in this video, our driver gently placed the flowers at the doorstep, rang the doorbell, knocked and then stood at a safe distance. We would consider this a covid safe contactless delivery. I am sorry for any disappointment this has caused, the message can be hard to find as it's folded inside the card for privacy reasons. disappointed with flowers they were green and therefor didn't look like tulips in fact my friend messaged me thanks for the Iris

I was quite disappointed with the bunch that was delivered to a friend. It looked quite limp and sparse compared to the bunch I had selected. 5 flowers for almost $80. Terrible value for money at $79 plus courier. I won’t be ordering again.

The flowers are nice, but they arrived far later than the advertised times (9:30am to 6pm, but arrived at 8:20pm). Also, the card was completely missing... If I wasn't also at the same place, the recipient wouldn't have known who the flowers were from.

It is disappointing that the foliage overwhelmed the flowers in the Blushing; this is not apparent in the website picture. Given that it is a gift for someone who prefers flowers over greenery it would have been decidedly underwhelming to receive these; especially when others gifted arrangements costing less, but pleased much.

Very disappointed I spent $114.95 to have flowers delivered and was told they would be by 6pm. We were going to dinner and they were the main gift. They didn’t arrive until nearly 7pm and we had already left. I changed the order from pixie and a vase to a grace and chocolates and the bunch of flowers compared to the picture was very small. We haven’t used daily blooms before and we won’t be ordering from them in the future.

I was very disappointed to realise that the order I had placed did not contain the flowers that were shown in the photos. I purchased the ILY Gift Pack which when scrolling through the images has a bunch of flowers, therefore, I thought it was included in the gift pack. I understand that it does not state it in the explanation of the gift set, however, it also does not state that the flowers are an additional charge, which I feel is a little deceptive advertising. As a result, I believe that $75 (plus 12.95 delivery) for a box of chocolates and a candle is extremely unreasonable and quite frankly much too expensive. Therefore, I will not be using your services in the future.

Ordered flowers and requested a drop off window when recipient would be home. Noticed on the GoPeople delivery App that they were on the truck hours too early. Used chat box to contact delivery trouble shooting. Their suggestion was to leave flowers in van for almost 3 hours and make the delivery final drop off of day. Concerned the flowers would be spoiled I contacted DB who cancelled my order at my request. Underwhelming experience, I wasted too much time for this outcome. For the sane delivery charge a local florist took my order directly to its destination.

The flowers I received were pretty and smelt lovely, but for a 60$ bunch I felt that there wasn’t really enough flowers. The bunch I received was much smaller then the guide photo on the website (i’d probably say only half the size) and didn’t have as much colour as anticipated. I understand flowers are seasonal but a majority of the bunch seemed to be filler flowers! I was a little bit disappointed considering the amount of money I’d spent, as it was a gift for my Mum. I’ve received much bigger bunches with better variety for 40-50$ from other flower delivery companies in the past so unfortunately I probably wouldn’t buy from Daily Blooms again, which is a shame because the flowers were very pretty - just quite a bit out of my price range.

I ordered tulips 5 days in advance to get them and your website said they were available. Disappointed I was sent something else due to how far in advance I ordered.
