Disappointed at what was received. Have always had pleasant experiences but was very underwhelmed. It was evident that the flower delivered was one of the last of the day with flowers being described by the recipient as “sick” and without water. Flowers were hung over the side of the box and some already broken. Seems the price was more so for the vase as it was accompanied by about 5 stems of flowers. More realistic photos would be helpful.

The flowers looked nothing like in the pictures. I added a personal message to the flowers and there was nothing added to them to say who they were from not worth $89

Beautiful flowers but delivered to the wrong address, the driver fabricated that they received a signature when the flowers were left on a front door step and that birthday flowers were delivered after 6pm on the day of a birthday.

Flowers had fallen, all the bottom of the box was wet through. Luckily my dad pick it up from the bottom otherwise it would have fallen through box & smashed Such a small amount of flowers for $85!!!

I got these for my daughter in Australia for her birthday … l’m in New Zealand so l can’t make comment on the quality or arrangement. However the delivery time … late afternoon to evening was very poor. For a birthday you want someone to enjoy the day and having flowers adds to that. Having them delivered mid evening is unacceptable. My preference … if they are not delivered by mid morning forget it.

I like the options of flowers and that you guys had tulips! Not every place has them to deliver... But I didn't like the fact that we can't choose an approximate time for delivery... My friend had to wait at work for her flowers cause were delivered almost 5pm! Not very nice get flowers delivered at the end of your bday, looks like the person remembered the date in the last minute!

I sent some flowers to a friend for bereavement and was pretty disappointed in what they received. The description showed a picture of roughly what I should expect and the description said 15 stems. They only received about 7 or 8 stems and 4 of them were actual flowers the rest just.greenery. it was embarrassing to get that delivered it was tiny.. the photo on the website showed a much bigger bunch and described 15 stems. See below picture which is most definitely not 15 stems....

Disappointed your site said “next day delivery.” I ordered on Wednesday for Thursday delivery, it’s Friday evening and they still haven’t arrived.

Loved the look of the flowers I chose but didn't realise i was spending $59 with delivery for a bouquet (pixie) the size of my hand! The next size up was $40 extra, bit disappointed If I'm being honest

The flowers were lovely but they were delivered later then advised and the chocolates didn’t make it. All in all very disappointing and wouldn’t use again from this one bad experience. I was offered refund on the chocolates and delivery plus a free bunch of flowers foe myself. But this was a birthday gift given we can’t visit people at home yet. So very sad it didn’t live up to expectations.

I was disappointed. The flowers that were delivered looked nothing like the picture on the website and in fact looked like something a child had picked out of a garden. Service was great in that I had the wrong address and the company called the recipient to obtain the correct address so they could be delivered. I really appreciated this

Payment was made 2 days before the delivery and it didn't arrive in time for the funeral. Disappointing! The delivery man who called me was lovely, but still didn't make up for the later delivery.

I bought the Pixie + a Vase to be delivered for my friends birthday. I don't even know if that's what she received because the confirmation photo from the delivery person looked like a bunch of flowers stuffed in a bag. It's hard shopping online - there's always the possibility that you won't get what you've paid for. I tried to check the link again to include the photograph in this review but it's timed out. I should have taken a screenshot to share.

My flowers ordered did not look anything like the bouquet I ordered and certainly not the money value I paid. I understand sometimes different flowers are used but nothing at all was similar. Most disappointed.

My daughter received a bunch of tulips for her birthday which was left at our front door. No one was home so they sat there for a few hours, they were nearly dead. I just feel if no one is home don’t leave the flowers.

Unfortunately to ensure our drivers are on time for all of their deliveries they do have to leave bouquets at the front door if no one is home. Website says they’ll go the extra mile to meet delivery requests. In reality, despite two days warning they actually don’t guarantee a time, and delivered 5 hours late. Disappointing. Spoiled a birthday celebration. They have said they’ll change the website. We’ll see.
