“I have sent your Floss "Spring Edition" to two different friends - the flowers and the vase were both exquisite and loved by both recipients, so thank you. The order delivered to my friend in Frankston was left at a door they don't use, which is no fault of the delivery driver (as how would they know?). She thought the sms she got re delivery was a scam and deleted it, and after I asked if she got the flowers she found them, however the card was no longer there / attached to the flowers (POD photo showed the card attached) so I had to let her know what the card said. The delivery to Kew went well, however the POD photo was just of the house/driveway, not of the flowers at the door - so if the flowers had gone missing, the photo would not have proven delivery at all. Just FYI, this is feedback to improve the delivery service - I love your flowers and the delivery tracking service xx”

“Hi there, I love the service you provide and have used you guys about 4 times to send flowers to my parents on occasions during the seemingly endless Melbourne lockdowns. Recently my mum said that the bouquet she received was pretty much exactly the same as the last one I'd sent. So I'm wondering if you can provide more variation to customers who are sending to the same people, or if I could let you know particular flowers/colours they like so these can be included and would make the gift different each time? “Ordering was easy, price and delivery cost was excellent. Delivery company sent notifications to me but addressed me as my mother's name, I found that a bit odd. They surely have my name there as the person who purchased”

“Hi the flowers we beautiful but was not happy that the doorbell was not rung to notify my friend of the delivery. Hence we found them outside the front door for who knows how long. I received an email but I didn’t have my computer with me. Next time a door bell ring would alert the customer. Thanks.”

“Beautiful presentation of flowers and I absolutely loved the vase. It made a perfect going away gift for my colleague. The flowers themselves didn't seen very fresh on this occasion, there were some dead petals despite the early delivery time. However the scent was beautiful. I wish delivery was included in the price. It would be an incentive for me to order from you more often.”
