“Hi the flowers we beautiful but was not happy that the doorbell was not rung to notify my friend of the delivery. Hence we found them outside the front door for who knows how long. I received an email but I didn’t have my computer with me. Next time a door bell ring would alert the customer. Thanks.”

“I sent these to my daughter who is a nurse in Hotel Quarantine!! They were BEAUTIFUL and she was thrilled that there were a number of "double headers". They brightened her day literally and figuratively and were presented in such a way that she could repurpose a water bottle as a vase and used the hessian to wrap the bottle - very arty :-) They were also delivered when they were due. Thanks for an excellent service.”

“If you’re looking for the freshest, most exquisite flowers, a tracking system that is seriously second to none and an outstanding Customer Service, then look no further than Daily Blooms Melbourne. I recently ordered a floral arrangement online for a friend, and while she was overjoyed at receiving the glorious bouquet, there was a slight issue. That night, I sent an email to Customer Service and by 8:00am the following morning, I received a sympathetic, yet highly professional response from Penny, my Customer Assistant. I can honestly say that the issue was dealt with then and there. No if’s or buts. I frequently send flowers to family and friends but I have never used the same company more than once. Daily Blooms Melbourne has, in my view, proven itself to be a serious operator with extremely high standards which sets itself a part in this highly competitive industry. I have finally found the florist I’ve been looking for! I thank you sincerely.”

“I made an honest mistake with the address of the person I sent the bouquet too. Daily Blooms rectified my mistake for me and the person who received the flowers by mistake, the person who was the actual recipient and myself were extremely happy with the service, delivery and customer service and satisfaction!!”

“The flowers I received were pretty and smelt lovely, but for a 60$ bunch I felt that there wasn’t really enough flowers. The bunch I received was much smaller then the guide photo on the website (i’d probably say only half the size) and didn’t have as much colour as anticipated. I understand flowers are seasonal but a majority of the bunch seemed to be filler flowers! I was a little bit disappointed considering the amount of money I’d spent, as it was a gift for my Mum. I’ve received much bigger bunches with better variety for 40-50$ from other flower delivery companies in the past so unfortunately I probably wouldn’t buy from Daily Blooms again, which is a shame because the flowers were very pretty - just quite a bit out of my price range.”
