“If you’re looking for the freshest, most exquisite flowers, a tracking system that is seriously second to none and an outstanding Customer Service, then look no further than Daily Blooms Melbourne. I recently ordered a floral arrangement online for a friend, and while she was overjoyed at receiving the glorious bouquet, there was a slight issue. That night, I sent an email to Customer Service and by 8:00am the following morning, I received a sympathetic, yet highly professional response from Penny, my Customer Assistant. I can honestly say that the issue was dealt with then and there. No if’s or buts. I frequently send flowers to family and friends but I have never used the same company more than once. Daily Blooms Melbourne has, in my view, proven itself to be a serious operator with extremely high standards which sets itself a part in this highly competitive industry. I have finally found the florist I’ve been looking for! I thank you sincerely.”

“I made an honest mistake with the address of the person I sent the bouquet too. Daily Blooms rectified my mistake for me and the person who received the flowers by mistake, the person who was the actual recipient and myself were extremely happy with the service, delivery and customer service and satisfaction!!”

“Chose the wrong date for delivery, emailed their team and Ellen responded within half an hour and was fantastic in organising it to be delivered a few days earlier, lovely flowers and love the fact you can track the delivery all the way to the door, thanks again Daily Blooms!”
