“Amazing service!! Ordered in the morning and flowers were delivered by 2:30pm to my work colleague. They were beautiful. Received SMS confirmation along with picture to show delivery was made. Very good customer service, thank you.”

“Bought a lovely gift for my daughter in law for her new baby girl. So easy to use the web site. Delivery fast and I was kept updated all the way, even to a photo on delivery .”

“The Grace (our daughter's name) bouquet was delivered the same day to our Hotel in perfect condition, along with the 'Hey Babe' package and was waiting for us upon arrival for our 27th wedding anniversary. (Wine added by Grand Hyatt) They were a beautiful surprise for my wife, thank you.”

“I love ordering flowers from bloom, I'm told by the people looking after mum that they're beautiful. The price range is great and delivery cost is very reasonable. However, mum is in an aged care facility and it would be good if people in aged care could get their flowers as soon as possible and not late in the afternoon when they're not as focussed.”
