“So the other day I was charged the credits, yes, I did it at first but then suddenly more charges came as I continue video chatting with my partner, I was so confused because it keeps asking me to pay and charges automatically, so I reached out via their chat line, They sent me screenshots through the email, my activities (almost all video chat because i prefer that) true, and also the box I checked that activated this auto renewal for seamless purchase... the support also explained it and I didn't know that box I check is for that, so I learned my lesson.
