I hope the company wouldn't get offended, but based on my experience, some navigations here are confusing. I get to click a certain button which leads me to another site.
Maybe clarify it more somehow.
I contacted their chat support, and I was advised it's because I agreed to the terms for coregistration. Guess what?

The billing has been corrected, and the credit system now feels more transparent. I was touched by one guy called me with his daughter that felt so amazing but I couldn't answer video call and I cried.
