There’s still a great selection of people to connect with, and while I’m not a fan of paying for symbols or extra features, the overall experience has improved. I appreciate the changes made.”

However, my personal experience came with a few struggles. Many of the people I connected with were from different countries, which led to some real-time communication challenges due to the time differences. While I invested in the membership for about a week, I hadn't realized there was a free messaging option available with regulars, something that would have been really helpful to know up front. Because of that, I spent more than I intended and didn't quite find the connection I was hoping for.

Support responses felt automated at first, which was frustrating. BUT eventually, the team stepped in, manually processed my cancellation, and fixed the issue. They also made sure future emails wouldn’t get blocked. It took some persistence, but I appreciate that they followed through and resolved it. Just glad it’s sorted now.”
