“Their oil radiators are now awful. Two failed on me within months. The first one stopped getting hot. It was under warranty and they replaced it. The new one clicked for about a half hour when turned on then it started clicking during the night and woke us up.
Plus, you can only reach them online- no phone support. They don’t assign one agent to your case so you get multiple emails asking you to send videos etc. I’ve complained about them twice to Better Business. I had 2 heaters each lasted over 10 years with no problems. I’d recommended them to many people. Something happened and this company went seriously downhill. It’s a shame. They used to make a great product with good customer service.”
