The nightmare continues! It took me 1 month to return an online order of clothes back to Sandro because of their incompetence. It has now taken almost a further month to receive a refund for the returned items into my account. And still there's no sign of the money! Absolutely disgraceful company, flagrantly in breach of consumer protection regulations in the UK, France and across the EU. It seems I will have no option but to instigate a Chargeback for fraud via Visa and send a pre-court action letter. All for a simple online clothes order!

Terrible company. Don’t use. Still waiting for a refund for clothes returned in the manner requested over 2 months ago. The company don’t appear to believe there’s anything wrong with any of this so there’s no reason to believe the situation will improve. Sadly I don’t think this is a company to buy from at all.

Sandro has worst customer service. I bought a tshirt from there. It was $100. I followed the direction on the tag to wash the tshirt, and it stretched so much. I sent email to Sandro customer service for quality complain and never got an answer from them. So I called them twice. First time, they just hung up (I know it was very unprofessional ) Second time, they said no. I still haven’t received an email from Sandro.

I would give zero stars if possible. I returned on item which they confirmed that they have received. But they kept telling me it will be refunded in a week. Now two months later, it is still not refunded. I have called at least three times and there is no resolution. Fraud.

Complete scam and horrible experience! I have purchased a pair of gloves on 27 November 2020, I still haven’t received my order. I called their customer service on December 7, 15 and 17, also sent a letter to their head office to complain about non-delivery of goods with acknowledgment of receipt on December 2020, I still haven’t received any feedback from them. I will never purchase from this brand ever again and strongly disrecommend. You will never receive your order nor any refund from them.

I bought items that did not arrive on time. I was refused cancelation but told to return the items. The items arrived late and in bad state. I returned them on the 5th of Oct 2020. They took my money on the 5th of Sept 2020. They have not refunded and they owe me just under 500 pounds. They have emailed to state they owe me the money and lied on many occasions saying the money will be returned. Their latest lie is that my money is with a banking mistake and I have still not got the money back. Please please do not buy with this awful company. They do not refund items and clothes. They have had my hard earned money now for two months during lockdown. I feel stupid for having bought online clothes. I am desperate for the money as I have three kids. I will have to take legal action but it has been really upsetting.

I placed an order on September 4 2020. It was dispatched on September 16. It is October 24 and still so sign of the products I purchased! They informed me that their local carrier mixed up the city of delivery but I haven't heard anything from them since October 16. No respond to my emails, no refund! The luck of respect to their customer is unprecedented!!

Clothing is beautiful but the service is shocking. Purchased 4 items online and returned 1 item. They received this item on the 23rd of September . I am still waiting for a refund and they are using he corona virus as an excuse. Strange how they can process online orders going out but can’t seem to process any refunds. Shame on you

Horrible service I bought trainers flame trainers £209 only after few moth of use lost the colour. I had hand washed it gently but changed the colour. I’ve emailed them but they response was we can’t do nothing to help you.

Awful Customer Services, Faulty goods, no refunds in Uk stores Despite their trainers cutting my ankle they refuse to offer a refund. Very upset, the whole experience has been absolutely awful beginning to end
