“Dears pharmacy is a very fitting name. Went in to get nappies for my daughter and they had a pack of 19 nappies for £7.35 absolute daylight robbery. Managed to get them at shop down road for almost half the price. Won’t be using again.”

“I posted a negative review yesterday but it hasn't appeared about the terribke customer service in the Ballingry branch. If this doesn't appear I will know the intregity of the company and post elsewhere”

“Customer service in Ballingry pharmacy is terrible. They shout at customers, unfriendly and unhelpful. One refused to give out prescription because customer didn't have a mask and embarressed her by saying we sell them 70p. They demand you tell them what's on the prescription infront of everyone. A poor man wanted iron tablets and because he didn't know if it was ferrous sulphate or not not she would help him. He left the shop without any shaking his head and saying " what a carry on in here". I won't be back in that branch ever.”

“Dears Pharmacy Oakley,worse than useless, they dont have a clue what's going on half the time. The most unorganised chemist I have ever dealt with, this chemist was a great chemist, living in oakley all my life, never had an issue, until Dears got their incapable hands on it. Don't rate them at all, and now tend to take my custom and prescriptions to another pharmacy.”

“The pharmacy in Oakley was great until Dears took over, now it is a shambles. It took me ten minutes from entering the shop to collect a made up prescription, they forgot to order a special order med from the supplier and then insisted I had collected it before finding it in a pile and I have seen other prescriptions get lost and the staff telling customers their prescription doesn't exist. Counter staff now seem stressed and worked off their feet.”

“One lady who works there, not sure is she is a pharmacist or what, doesn’t wear the uniform, and she doesn’t look professional in the clothes she’s wears. Not hygienic and her manner leaves something to be desired and I have heard her speaking to other members of team, not very nicely. She could do with being told off herself. Not nice customer service. Think her name is with an S. Other staff aRe usually great, especially the one with long brown hair, always helpful and efficient, but haven’t seen her for awhile, hope she’s not left”
