“I initially ordered one of these personalized decanters with a custom college logo for my son's graduation and he absolutely loved it. I ordered another one for one of my coworkers for his promotion and he loved it so much that they asked for the link to order some for their friends. “We have a rather intricate and detailed logo and it turned out looking great engraved on the decanter great! The decanter is good looking and functional. Ours was damaged in shipping but after contacting their customer support and reporting the issue, a replacement decanter was shipped the next day. Outstanding customer service!”
