“Easy to work with, all questions answered in a very timely manner. Decanters look gfreat and and feel premium quality. During the order process for logo engraving, they reiew and clean up the artwork for optimal engraving results. I asked for an update to original proof provided and they were abel to accommodate it within a few minutes. The engraving came out exatly as shown on the digital proof provided. Very happy customer here!”

“Purchased one of their stunning decanters as a Christmas gift for my dad with his signature engraved on it. The order process couln't have been easier.. Just uploaded a photo of the signature to engraved using the designated order form and they responded with a digital proof for review and approval wthin an hour. The decanter is beautiful and feels relly well made with a good weight and brilliance. He loves his new decanter!!”

“Responsice and helpful customer service. Our original order got lost by UPS. After reposting the lost shipment and coordinating with customer support, they have duplicated the and re-shipped the order within one business day. The decanter is stunning and the engraving came out eaxactly as shown on the digitla proof. Will be ordering from them again!”
