“They are con men, pretending to be Land Registry, they promised me a report showing man holes and drainage within my property and sent me a standard report showing the sewer pipes going up the middle of the road, nothing specific to my property at all. The standard report they sent is freely available elsewhere.”
“Please make sure that you are in the official government site:
https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/land-registry
Or you will be overcharged by circa 800% for a deed you can get for £3. I was! and nothing arrived till they were 'pushed the next day.
They seem reluctant to answer the phone too which for information is hidden in their Terms and Conditions 0151 528 2228”
“I paid £74.28 last September for details from the Scottish Land Registry. They took my money very quickly and have done nothing ever since. They seem to be trading under false presences. I am totally dissatisfied with their 'service'.”
“they took a second payment even after being as to stop as I had not received the documents I paid for - shockingly bad - reported to the Financial Ombudsman and Action Fraud- take your money and dont return it”
“As every one states here it is an absolute useless company
It's a shame that the GOV know about this but won't do anything
Makes me think they are involved
Absolute jokes”
“It's not clear that you ARE NOT dealing with the actual HM Land Registry. I paid the fee but haven't received any documentation although the money has been taken. Lodged a complaint with the company but have heard nothing from them. Had to contact my bank to cancel my card to be safe and ensure no further money could be taken. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Please ensure you are on the .gov website before you make any kind of payment”
“Very clever. Somehow the inner workings of deedflow manage to get into legitimate sites which are having temporary problems. E.g Land Registry. I have no idea how they do this but beware of paying huge amounts extra for documents you can get directly for pretty well nothing- like title deeds and title plan. A total con.”
“Ordered my deeds on the 8th December and received absolutely nothing. They did however take the payment of £23.94. Like others, I naively thought I was dealing with HM Land Registry. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.”
“I ordered the freehold documents for my property in June 2020.A fee of £35.94 was removed from my credit account but following several requests I did not receive any information finally I was offered a refund which I requested several times but nothing has been returned! ??? My order reference No.WYK273733”
“I had never heard of Deedflow until £23.94 was taken from my account.
I queried this with the CC co who refunded the payment within days.
I have no idea how they got my CC details and can only praise my CC co (Barclaycard)”
“This site should be banned, they pretend to be HM Land Registry when you search for the official site. There charges are extortionate with no support. The official Government site charges £3 rather than the £23.95 price these charge.”
“This is a complete scam. I ordered details a week ago thinking I was dealing with the Land Registry. Didn't receive a confirmation email but they have taken over £35 from my account (twice) which is the first time I had heard of 'Deedflow' as that's how they were listed on my CC statement. I have taken it up with my credit card company who have raised a dispute. The phone number on the website is not recognised and haven't responded to emails. Agree with earlier posted, they should be closed down.”
“I have not received my documents which in the email stated I would receive within 10 working days. 10 working days has already passed. What is charged for £112 for what is described as detailed drainage plans are £8 from United Utilities the service provider and they have arrived within 10 working days. Don't be conned and go directly to Land registry or to your service provider.”
