We understand that this can be frustrating, especially if you were looking forward to receiving the correct item. We are working to prevent such errors in the future and appreciate your understanding in this matter. Unfortunately, we are unable to send replacement products directly, as we work with a large number of suppliers and do not stock all products in our own warehouse. We received your return on November 6, 2025. The refund process can take up to 14 days. After positive verification by the returns department, the amount will be refunded to your customer account as a credit. “Horrible. Je n’ai jamais reçu mon article ! Il manquait les chaussures au moment de la livraison ! Je recommande la paire en attendant de savoir si je serais remboursé de la première, car votre conseillère au téléphone suite à ma plainte me l’a conseillé comme il s’agit d’un deal ! Et je viens de recevoir un mail « Suite à un incident logistique, nous sommes dans l'impossibilité de livrer une partie de ta commande UGG. […] » ? C’était un cadeau… Vous annuler ma commande sans me prévenir sans m’appeler rien, je n’ai toujours pas reçu le premier remboursement, que vous m’annoncer que j’aurais un second remboursement ? Je suis extrêmement déçue ! Et en contre partie je vais recevoir « un avoir de 10 CHF* sur ton compte pour nous faire pardonner » ?”
