“Much more complicated than other plate manufacturers that I have previously used. More expensive, no better quality, slower to make and deliver than their competitors. I will not be using them again,”

Wow, we certainly let you down on absolutely every point didn't we. We're sorry to hear that. We do however have a 91% perfect score so we do get it right 9 times out of 10. People keep on telling us ... don't worry because you can never please everybody all of the time. We do keep on trying though!

“Plate is good and when I sent you the required information and was then delivered quickly, but I was unaware that I was required to send proof of ownership and proof of who I was until I chased up my plate. I was then told I was required to sent this proof, I am not sure if I missed something on the original request but maybe someone from your company should have sent a reminder as opposed to me chasing you.”

“it's a shame that the rear plate is not custom fit to the vehicle having supplied you with proof of ownership make and model the rear plate does not fit the space , HELP !!!!”

“The money I paid the plate should have been great, after a week one of the numbers has fallen off and had to use super glue to reattach it”

Hi there Matt. We're very sorry to hear that your experience with us has not been a happy one. I am somewhat confused as to why you have not been on to us for a replacement if the plate is defective .... as you claim. My name is Gary. Perhaps you would like to send a photo of the defective plate to my email and if what you're saying is correct then we will of course look to replace the product for you. “The number plate came with Demon's name in small lettering, even though I had specified no writing. The fixing kit only had self tapping screws and not plastic bolts, so I had to re-use the old ones. The service was quick but the total cost was much more than than the initial pricing suggested.”

“Good service, but the plates should be much better quality for the price. The front plate looks like it has had two attempts made to put the reflective backing on, and this reflective backing is about 1mm short of reaching the top edge of the plate. Quality of service = 5 stars. Communication = 5 stars. Speed of processing & delivery = 5 stars. Quality of manufacture = 2 stars.”

Your comments regarding the quality of manufacture is somewhat puzzling and I think all the other reviews on here are testament to the fact that the quality of our products are excellent. That said, we do not wish for you to be unhappy with your purchase. “Seems to be a company where you're ok as long as things go smoothly but if you have problems their customer service is almost non existent, displaying a reluctance to enter into any dialogue. I ordered a plate for a bike carrier and sent all relevant documentation. When I'd hear nothing a couple of days later I sent a chasing email. They took this to be a repeat order and sent 2 lots of plates and charged me twice. On contact they simply said I'd ordered twice and as they couldn't resell the plates that was an end to the matter. Not sure why I'd want 2 plates for 1 bike carrier. Even offered to return the 2nd plate unopened to show I was not trying to rip them off but got no change out of them.”

We're sorry to hear that you're not entirely happy with your shopping experience. We did receive 2 x orders from you for 'made to order' goods and as such we made and sent two orders. We understand now that you may not have intended to place two orders but the fact is you did I'm afraid to say. “i emailed you twice about the digits coming of the plate but got no reply on both so not happy with your customer support, i paid good money for my plate anyway this wont get put on your site , wont be using you again and will tell others not to either!”

“Ordered plates , thought the process was good and choice was what I was looking for. However an error on my part was made accidentally not showing a space between letters and numbers... and rather than check with me , the plates were sent with a big sticker on them saying they were illegal......I think from a customer service point of view it wouldn't have taken 1 minute to send me an email and confirm ...but instead sent me illegal plates”

Simon, you were warned many times in your order process to space the digits as shown on your tax disc or log book. You were warned that the plates would be made as you order them. We cannot be held responsible for your error and quite frankly, giving us bad feedback is somewhat out of order when we have done nothing wrong. Thank you for nothing!

“Wasn't happy with the GB logo, as its of a lighter colour compared to the one shown on your website and lighter then the original GB colour shown on most plates. Makes your plates look fake and cheap. If I could I would get my money back and not have a logo at all.”
