Hello there and thanks for the feedback. Re your 'expensive' comment. We accept that there are other smaller suppliers of plates that are cheaper than us but we're all about quality and service ..... not about being the cheapest. I suppose it is like comparing a Peugeot to a Mercedes. Clearly one is going to be much more expensive because it is far superior to the other. The old saying does 'buy cheap and buy twice'. We sell to many customers who have bought from others and then come to us. Re the need for ID and documentation ...... it is right there on the homepage for you to read. The law is there for us to implement it. Again, there are smaller companies than ourselves who will not ask for these legally required items but be sure ...... they're breaking the law.

“The process was all very straight forward. I wanted show plates, but didnt notice that they wouldn't send out any plates until they had received my ID documentuation. This was on the first page but was under the first two boxes to start building your plates. So I missed this information until you are reminded at the end. I wanted these plates quickly and they would not send them out without this information. I phoned up immediately I saw this information but they will not budge on this. Also once you have paid for the plates they will not give any refunds, so I couldnt go anywhere else without paying again. Just something to be aware of, depending what you want. Other sites will give you plates without this hassle.”

Dear sir. You were looking for illegal number plates (show plates) but unfortunately for you, you came to the only legally trading number plate supplier on the net. We insist on the 2 x legally required items because : 1. It is the law and we have to implement it 2. It is to protect you against car cloning Customers buy from us with the confidence that they're buying from one of the most reputable long standing number plate suppliers in the UK. If you were looking for illegal number plates then perhaps eBay or one of our competitors would have better suited your needs. Thanks for the bustiness and thanks for the feedback.

Thanks for that Paul. Many other reviews on here would disagree with your comments re the price but never mind, you're entitled to your opinion. The old saying goes ....... Buy cheap and buy twice! We have never been the cheapest nor have we wanted to be. We have however always strived to be the best and I think our review score on this website shows that our efforts and our products are testament to that. Thanks for the feedback.

“The plates arrived quickly and are very well made, the only problem was that the back plates I ordered didn't sit. Right against the car and we're too big for the plates”

“The only problem is lack of communication! I ordered plates and was waiting for them to be delivered, after 2/3 weeks i contacted company who said they were waiting for verification details, would have been nice if they had let me know.”

Hi Helen. You are updated with progress emails all the way through the process. The only reason you will not have seen these is if you do not check your emails or you gave an incorrect email address. Our system does run seamlessly but it does rely on the customer to a little extent.
