“website needs a lot of work, hard to find what you need and to much redundancy. payment process also needs work, refuses to take a good debit card that once worked but refuses to now and no known way offered to find out why.”

“I had a terrible time trying to get the payment process to accept my credit card. The last time I tried, a "Captcha" came up where I had to select images of motorcycles. That appeared to make the process work.”

“I have been very happy aside from delays. If this were a hobby for me it wouldn't matter, but as a business it is difficult not know when parts are coming in. Also, as a business it is difficult selling parts with no profit because I receive no discount....”
