“I ordered parts on 11 Feb, had a USPS shipping number on the morning of the 12th. Still not in USPS hands on the 14th. The truck cannot move without these parts. The shipping department is doing a terrible job. jh”

“Ordered 2 doors for my 69 bronco one was trash smashed during shipping I guess could be before it was shipped don't know for sure but dennis carpenter customer service won't replace it so I guess I payed 1000.00 for one door I'll order another one from another vender”

“I've ordered literally thousands of dollars worth of parts from Dennis Carpenter over the years .I sent back 2 items..a 20 count of side hood molding clips for a 1950 ford f1 pickup and a set of hood hinge bolts. Both of which were made in China. Clips didn't even come close to working and hood bolts were bad threads. I sent them back with a letter of explanation and paid the shipping cost. I just received a call from a very rude and obnoxious person that said I was supposed to call them before sending back anything so they could prepare for it. She also said she could not find the hood bolts on my order list. After a few minutes of battle I told them just to refund me for the clips. This isn't the first issue with them . I will from now on be ordering from other companies and hopefully none of you will have to deal with this rudness.”
