“I ordered 2 rear brake drums but right before checking out I noticed it was changed to 4. I had to redo my order several times to get it to reflect the 2 I wanted to buy. I had a previous order for headliner for my truck and when I got the order I got two of them and got charged twice. I thought it was my fault but clearly something is wrong with your web page.”

“Talked with a customer service representative searching for these exact lug studs. The respresentive said that Dennis Carpenter had nothing like what I was searching for. After a 2 second google search I was able to find the correct parts on the Dennis Carpenter Website.”

“I ordered my paper Feb 23, it’s now March 7, I’ve been waiting on my part for nearly 2 weeks. I called and asked for an update but she told me to just “wait”, and when I asked how much longer she just kept saying “I don’t know”, well neither do I, that’s why I called. I asked them to reship it with a different carrier (I ordered a $10 book), and she refused and told me again to “just wait”. It’s clearly lost in the mail and I’m being given the run around.”

“This website is mostly 100% non-responsive. None of the webpages work without sever wait times. It took me over an hour to shop and wait for pages to load. And this is at all times of the day or night for months. You have lost my business.”

“I have a set up an account ....tried3 times to check out .. I spent 30 minuted trying to check out ....your computer wont let me . I have a classic car and truck restoration business, and have been buying parts from you and other suppliers for over 6 years. We do about 1 million a year and I go through this same lousy procedure eveery time I order from you and wind up checking out as a GUEST . As you can tell , I am not happy.”
