“I don’t even want to give Dennis Carpenter a 1 star. I have been restoring an old ford pickup for years now and finally it was time to start on the interior. I ordered the Walnut and chrome dash bezel for my 78. It arrived in beautiful condition but after 2 months the chrome started wrinkling all over and the walnut started peeling off. Needless to say Dennis Carpenter wrote back they didn’t have a replacement that was worthy. Their answer was take my truck back apart and send the bezel back so my truck would sit with no bezel for weeks or months just so they could refund my cost of bezel. I may be wrong but that doesn’t sit well with me. I sent pictures of the bezel problems right away to customer service. How about they purchase another new bezel and mail it to me and I will gladly return there wrinkled piece of junk back. Thx CLG oh and of course I tried to upload photos in the window provided but conveniently the couldn’t be loaded.”
