“I ordered almost $2000 worth of parts for a 1949 F1 truck. It was a project I was doing myself. I was happy with all the parts. But as everyone knows you dont restore these things in just a few months. According to the policy they will refund or replace faulty parts within 12 months. Well I had a hood bumper rubbers missing from my order . It probably costs 30 cents. When I emailed and told them about it they threw their policy at me. Instead of just saying thank you for your support. We will throw the 3 rubbers in an envelope and mail it to you. Well my next buil 1953 pick up which will require 4 times more parts I will order from LMC . Because when I emailed back to maybe get a parts number to cross refence to see if I could get the missing pieces local I did not even get a response”

“I ordered a coil online on May 2nd, they made the charge to my credit card the same day and sent me an email on May 7th saying the part shipped by Pitney Bowes with USPS tracking # LZ246747007US, but USPS never received the part according to their tracking web page and Dennis Carpenter people don´t answer my emails and they have not provided any status on my order since May 7th and we are May 26th. So they charged me, didn´t ship the part and they don´t answer emails or web Chat.”
