“Sent picture of part I bought with a 3 dents and the lady said it was a blemish part. A blemish part is a blemish not a dents. She tells me I have to pay for the shipping back. This is pathetic. I have spent a lot of money with this company who doesn't care what they sell to a customer. If I sell something that comes to me damaged it is deemed a defective part and all my other vendors replace at no cost to me. That is ludacris!!! It's YOUR mistake and bad part, NOT MINE. You now expect me to pay shipping on the replacement part?????? REPLY BACK TO ME ASAP!!!!!”

“I ordered a part from Dennis carpenter and never received it. Those people said that it’s there. I took a look and there’s nothing there. I’ve been waiting for a couple of weeks after it was supposed to be there and the people that I work with said that they have not received anything for y’all luckily, I do have PayPal because y’all didn’t send me nothing the gasket for the back of my window on my pick up. PayPal paid me back. I will never order from this company again. It’s not worth it. I still need that gasket for my truck. I’m gonna have to go back to LMC truck at least they come through with the deal they send it to me no problem whatsoever getting their parts”

“Just to get past all check out was tough. Coudn't get password to be accepted, tried to confirm update ,change ete, etc, etc. This was tough. Ended up being able to give you m money I had to go aout as guest. Will only use that in fcture. Over an hour.”

“Produce doesn't even come close to fitting right. Horrible quality. The color grey is the ugliest color for a interior i gave ever seen .. I do not recommend the the interior kit for a 1951 ford f1.. Bad bad bad”
