“When you go to order products, mainly wiring harnesses. In this case for a 1948 Ford 8n. There is no diagram that comes with them. So you have no way of knowing what you need. You may just blindly wnd up otdering 300, 400, almost 500 dollars worth of items over 3, 4 , 5 or 6 different orders to get eveything you need. For instenace, ordered a wiring harnes for a 1948 Ford 9n, at 100 bucks. Get it, no way of knowing what I need to hook it up, no diagram, no instrictions, nothing. Then to find out I need a feeder wire. Now my harness is for both the taillights and headlights. How many feeder wires do I need? Where do they go? Just blindly ordered two, why? Well, there are two plugs on my harness, figure I would need two. And that is another tjing. There is no telling when your order will come. I habe had to order multiple times, hundreds of dollars, just to get this right. And still not all of my products have csme. Still got a order from September 4th 2025 out. When will it come, your guess is as good as mine? Friday Next week? Next month? Just take note, if yiu order parts from here. Be prepated to wait. And do yiur research on what you will need. They make so suggestion,s, habe no diagrams, have no info, nothimg. You will just find oit as you go, order and wait i. There is no telling whay you will need. Yiu will have to make multiple orders, spending a ton on shipping and waitng forever.”

“we called in,,, and we bought a radiator. It didnt fit. They want to charge us over a hundred dollars to return it. I dont think thats right> Their person help choose what was suppose to fit it. Highly disappointed.”

“Purchased an air conditioner glove box liner for a 1956 Ford Victoria; it's about an inch shy in the overall width and was not supplied with steel clip nuts; very disappointed, as all other items I have purchased from DC were of first rate quality.”

“Very difficult to get parts to Canada. We were unable to get the bedside panels or fender that we required because they are too large for Dennis Carpenter to ship. We offered to handle shipping ourselves, but were told that this is not an option as Dennis Carpenter controls all shipping. All we needed to book a shipment were weights and dimensions of the final package and Dennis Carpenter was unwilling to provide that information. TLDR: Dennis Carpenter was difficult to deal with and we have to source larger parts elsewhere.”
