“Shipping fee sucks . I would have purchased another tool I needed but the shipping rate got bumped up by $4.99 on an overage of 3 dollars on my parts order. You lost a sale on a tool I needed because of your shipping fee Fiasco .”

“Unfortunately, I had a part fail 4 days in between a previous order and this one. The original order had not shipped but there was no flexibility given on phone to allow me to add an additional item. I was not asking for the black friday pricing, only to allow me to add a small solenoid to the original order so I did not have to pay the additional $10 shipping fee. I understand computer systems and process very well, but some accommodation would have been nice”
