“I needed to change my bill to address because your process went directly to ship-to. When I scrolled down to verify my entries, I noticed the bill-to was the ship-to address so I clicked change bill-to and all my CC info I entered disappeared...NOT customer friendly. I did not appreciate having to re-enter all that info! I could see the happening if I changed payment but not for an adress change.”
