“limited selection of parts and not especally competative pricing. were it not for the brand being a known quantity i would have shopped elseware, infact i deleted several items from my cart and purchased them from amazon and others as they were the same product but vastly cheaper, you could argue your quality is better but realistically how many factories are actually manufacturing highly specific 60 plus year old restoration items..1 maybe 2...repackaging does not warrant a 2-3 times increase in price.”

“I am rating the online "catalog" as poor. Very difficult to find things. Doing a search for rear 48-52 U-bolts yielded nothing, even with the part number. To get the part number, I googled 48-52 rear u-bolts...what a surprise, your u-bolt came up (google shopping) and I could order from that window. But put the part number in your website window...it cannot find any rear u-bolts. Internet reviews have been bad about the online catalog and folks cannot find anything. Now I agree. Also, I always enjoyed going into the showroom and seeing all the shiny new parts. It gets you excited and most times I buy more as a result. Now it seems DC is so cold and distant with the "curbside pickup". just telling you this to perhaps make you improve and do better. thanks”
