“I tried to register and was told my email address was already in use and wouldn't register me. When I tried logging in I was told I don't have an account. Do I have an account and am registered with you or not?”

“Your system will not permit me to set up an account and register. I have tried three times and every time after I fill out all the fields and press SUBMIT it replies with Error 404.”

“ONLY after I placed and paid for an order of IN STOCK parts. Did I receive a notification that there might be a delay in shipping. If I knew it UPFRONT I may have sent a different route.”

“You changed the site to where we have to click details for each item, wait for another page to load to input the quantity we want. Please go back to the old system where we could input the quantity on the first page. Yes, I know there is the possibility of using quick order, but you can not see your price when using that method. Thank you. I hope you change it back.”

“Wouldn't it seem more logical to write a review after the parts have been received and verified? As I was shopping on your website for parts unique to my truck, you had approx. 20 pages of parts however many of those pages listed the same parts over and over...repetitious AND annoying.”

Mr. Hill, Thank you for shopping with us. I'm not a fan of the way a Captcha asks you to match pictures to ensure the order isn't being placed by a bot. We are currently looking at alternative ways to keep our website and your information private and secure but also make it more user and customer-friendly.
