“You didn't tell me what date I can expect my order. Normally I would not place an order unless I knew about when I was going to get it. You need to change that. Thanks”

On our shipping page, we say that standard orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days and that Oversized products or products shipped by Truck Freight may take additional processing time. We are working on better and more exact communication to share with our customers concerning the processing and shipping time required based on the individual order, its size, content, and destination. We charge the actual shipping charge on orders shipped by Truck Freight. If the shipping charge is more than the estimate we will call you to verify that you still want to proceed with the order. If it is less than the $400 estimate we will pass those savings on to you and charge you the lower price. I am happy to share that we do have that feature. The Global Search Filter (Vehicle Type, Year, Model) located to the left of the search bar (or above it on mobile) allows you to restrict the search and category results. It follows you around the site and once you make any selections, you do not need to reselect them if you visit another page.
