On our shipping page, we say that standard orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days and that Oversized products or products shipped by Truck Freight may take additional processing time. We are working on better and more exact communication to share with our customers concerning the processing and shipping time required based on the individual order, its size, content, and destination.
