You change my address and then question it. You list an amount for cart and then want payment for larger amount. Yoi do not indicate cart content from prior attempt to order. You do not indicate nature of order error, you just sit there.

I have used Dennis Carpenter for all my ford parts needs in the past. I called today to or 1963 ford Falcon parts and they had one of the five parts I need. These were repair parts not special emblems or anything like that. My disappointment is overwhelming!

VERY difficult to navigate your website to place an order compared to competition. LMC Truck web order is much easier. I can copy and paste part numbers from my excel spread sheet into their order form,

The most popular pick up bringing the best money and people have not had headlight doors available especially the left-hand one for it in over six months the 1967 to 72 F10. What is wrong with you people? There is no excuse for this you could sell them for three to $400 apiece and people would buy them, this company has went down the toilet since Dennis Carpenter has passed away. He had a passion for a vehicles you need to get a new president stuff up production. I can’t believe you’re even in business still.

Dear Rob, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback on your experience with Dennis Carpenter Ford Restorations. First and foremost, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience you and other customers may have faced regarding the unavailability of headlight doors for the 1967 to 72 F100 pickup. We understand the frustration this can cause and we are striving to improve our production processes. In regards to the production of this particular item, the delay was caused because our last run did not pass our quality inspection. We ended up having to repair one of the 7 dies it takes to manufacture this part. We also took this opportunity to do the required maintenance on the stamping presses used. The good news is they are currently in production and are on our schedule to be polished and anodized to keep the aluminum from tarnishing. Unfortunately, we do not have an ETA for their completion. You can use our Back in Stock feature on the product page to receive an email notification when these do come back in stock. We understand your concerns regarding the company's performance since Dennis Carpenter's passing. We assure you that our team is dedicated to upholding his passion for vehicles and ensuring the continued success of the business. Thank you again, Rob, for sharing your experience with us. We appreciate your business. Sincerely, Dennis Carpenter Ford Restorations

Never dealt with a company that will not use the tariff/harmonization code for antique car parts over 25 years old so we are not charged duties at the border bad enough the taxes we have to pay and if the code is not put on the invoice and import / export documentation then we have to pay duties even though on antique car parts they are excluded

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Our shipping costs include not only postage fees but also packaging materials, labor, carrier fees, and sometimes additional services like insurance. We strive to keep our product prices as competitive as possible while also ensuring that our shipping charges are fair and accurately reflect the expenses involved in delivering your order. While it might seem that the shipping fees are high, they are calculated based on industry standards and carrier rates. We do not make any profit on shipping. Our flat-rate shipping policy allows us to simplify our shipping rates, make it cost-effective, and allow us to pass those savings on to our customers. We appreciate your business and thank you for shopping with Dennis Carpenter.
