“I don't know why you are wasting my time, you know you just want to hear what you want. No matter what you type in the "search box" you still have to look at hundreds of parts that do NOT even resemble what you are looking for. Example, 1953 ford car hubcap ford crest center cap, try that.”

We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced while searching for specific parts on our website. We understand how frustrating it can be when the search results do not accurately match what you are looking for. The reason your search didn't bring up your intended results is that the word "ford" was used twice and each instance of a word in our search makes that word more relevant. Two "fords" make every parts with the word Ford in the description come up before any matches with the other search word. We will look into into finding a way to correct that, if possible. If you search for "center cap" or "1953 center cap" or any combination of your original search using only one instance of the word, "Ford" you will get more matching results. Unfortunately, we do not carry the 1953 Ford Crest Center Cap. After speaking with some of our parts experts we are not aware of any other venders that sell this item. We hope that you will give us another chance and please let me know if there is anything I can help you with further.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review with us. We apologize that your order experience was not satisfactory. I was able to review your order that was placed on January 12 which was a Friday so the order was not processed until Monday, the 15th. It was shipped the very next day, Tuesday, the 16th. USPS confirmed that it was delivered on January 20th. This is in line with our normal order processing and shipping times but we are always looking at ways to improve and give our customers additional shipping options. We hope you'll continue to shop with us and we appreciate your business.
