“I needed to change my bill to address because your process went directly to ship-to. When I scrolled down to verify my entries, I noticed the bill-to was the ship-to address so I clicked change bill-to and all my CC info I entered disappeared...NOT customer friendly. I did not appreciate having to re-enter all that info! I could see the happening if I changed payment but not for an adress change.”

“My order was easy to place. But you have far too many parts for tractors that are out of stock. I've been checking back over the course of a couple of years, and your company doesn't seem to replenish any of the out of stock items. I am also looking for a lot of the wiring for my Ford Jubilee. Hopefully you'll eventually restock. Thank you, Kevin Ruetz.”
