“I find the website a bit less user friendly than others out there. It would be great if when I logged in it had my vehicles on file so I don't have to continually re-enter them. Also, the drop down lists for categories is not way too granular to start. Give subsections to break down into. Maybe I am missing something that way but I would use this site more if it was easier. I do appreciate the shipping cost being reasonable and the quality of the parts I have received to date.”

“I googled the names of the few major suppliers of old ford parts, I typed in "DENNIS CARPENTER PROMOTION CODE" and I scrolled down till I found your logo. I was pleased to see 20% off thru July. Spent a ton of time to research the parts that I was interested in working on this month and I did not feel like going back and doing this all over again so you got my business. In the past I've been using Speedway and Summit but I thought Id shop around and see if I like anyone else better, I called and learned that you are not offering any discounts, this is why you got my business today, your ad showed 20% and I was too exhausted to go do the part numbers over again. What can you do to gain my business next time?”
