“Don't get me wrong, Dennis Carpenter has good quality merchandise but a selling feature for me is flat rate shipping. I just ordered from them after cancelling another order from another company that would have charged me $130 shipping. Dennis Carpenters flat rate shipping $39.99!”

“The overall experience in using the site to buy a rebuild kit was decent, and I liked it allowed me to buy as a guest. The website itself is good, though I couldn't find what I needed initially. The friendly person that emailed after I sent an inquiry got me to what I needed, so I'm off and running.”
