“It kills me when I need to order one part that would fit in an envelope and the flat rate shipping is $9.99. I was going to find the part elsewhere but I needed something else. That really bothers me.”

“The website needs improvement when cross-referencing Edsel parts. Several parts I ordered had to be found by changing my vehicle profile to a Ford. At one point, the website lists which cars fit a certain part. It said Make: Ford, Model: Edsel, in addition to the Ford”
