I needed the item urgently and unfortunately, it took a full five days to arrive. The box was squashed along one side but luckily the item was in tact.

We're glad to hear that your order arrived intact. Our standard delivery service is advertised as 1-5 working days, but there is an option to upgrade to a Next Day service when required. If it arrived too late for your purposes, please be reassured that you can return it for a full refund using our Freepost returns service.

My pineapple corer was dirty something was spilt on it and l thought the cheese wire would of come in a small clear bag not just thrown in package bag. Don't know whether old stock in a dirty warehouse.

Had an issue with one of the items ordered, which was very quickly addressed. However, they said I would have an immediate refund and 6 days later it hasn't appeared. Very disappointed as I was impressed with the speed of the suggested resolution.

The saucepan was ordered and paid for on 17th August. I had an e-mail on 18th August to say Denny's had unexpectedly run out and the saucepan would be dispatched as soon as it is received from supplier, normally 7 to 14 days. I contacted them on 15th September and received a reply that they had to have enough for a minimum order for the Supplier, but it should arrive within a few days. It did arrive by courier (good) on 18th September. If I knew I would have to wait a month to receive the product, I would have got it elsewhere. They should have been upfront when I first ordered the saucepan, and not kept me waiting for a month. This was poor service.

I ordered cafetiere spares. The bottom plate of the replacement filter assembly would not screw on to my cafetiere, although I had ordered the right model. I used the old part, because I really only needed to rplace the gauze filter. If I had needed the bottom plate, I would have been very cross.
