“The item was as I expected, well priced, and arrived within a week. However it was a light item but the postage and packing which was added to the purchase price was excessive (a large stamp would have covered it) but as I was unable to shop at the moment it was necessary in order to get the item. However despite paying for postage & Packing the item was squashed and battered upon arrival. (Not a problem particularly with this item but had it been something "unsquashable" it would not have been acceptable.”

“Ordered from dentaldirect and expected confirmation of order. Didn’t get one, so emailed, no answer to my email. Transaction was pending for a few days, eventually went through and a few days later, my order arrived. Obviously not good at customer service.”

“Your site did not make it clear that orders over £25 would have free postabe. I spent £24 and did not qualify. I did email re. this and it was too late to amend the order. Dr A.H”

“Order received was wrong. I asked for (inter alia) 10 purple interdental Te Pe brush packs and 5 grey. I got 15 purples and no greys. However, the mistake was rectified promptly after I called.”
