“I had a problem with the post in that parcel not delivered, which caused me a problem as I had to buy one of the items elsewhere. Customer service was okay and did help me, and sent parcel again.”

“Customer service staff were excellent in their manner and politeness, however the length of time it took to dispatch was disappointing, my order was delayed due to an item no longer available to be sold but my order was not amended, nor was I contacted, it was left in limbo until I called and chased as my payment was still pending and no dispatch email. I was then told it would be sent first class due to the delay however it wasn't, it was sent second class and it took almost two weeks to get to me from order to delivery. Not good when you're having dental issues and need the items soonish.”

“The service was OK. However, I ordered two travel cases. They are both the same colour, there was nowhere on screen for me to state I required one of each colour except to state 1 green and 1 blue, which would have been useful.”

“I would normally expect a confirmation email on making an on line purchase. Although I can log into my account to check the order history it would be more convenient to have email confirmation and an alert when the goods are despatched. Everything I have purchased has been of good quality and reasonably quick to turn up.”

“It took a long time to receive my order (3 weeks) and I had to phone 3 times to ask where it was and I was told the items were being posted - but they weren’t 2 of those times. An item from the order was cancelled and I wasn’t told until I phoned. Maybe they are very busy but I wasn’t too impressed unfortunately.”

“Very prompt and good service. The pink and orange TePe inter-dental brushes don't seem as well made as normal. The tips are slightly larger than the rest of the brush and don't fit into the same gaps. I am wondering if there is a manufacturing issue?”

“Nothing to say whether my order was on the way or indeed whether I had an order at all. It wasn’t until I saw payment go through my bank account that I hoped my order would be delivered. I had no idea when or if my order was going to be delivered.”

“My first order was cancelled because it was apparently out of stock, although when I placed the order it did not state this. I found out when I checked my account because I was wondering what the delay was. It would have been helpful to be informed that this was the case. My second order was delivered in a timely manner.”

“My only recommendation would be for more robust packaging. By the time my parcel arrived it was not in the best condition. With this being said the price point was perfect.”
