“You omitted putting my house number and street on the packaging. I live in a market town and the post office recognized my name otherwise I may not have got the goods.”

“Very disappointing service. My parcel came ripped with apologies from Royal mail, delivered as they recieved. A full set of tepes brushes unusable as they were out inside my letter box a few days before the rest of my order came. I rang your company and the lady didn't know how to help me. I will never order again.”

“All items in stock which i requested, all packed well. The time of order to arrival was 10 days which under the present conditions was ok.”

“Website was faulty, when making payment and when called the following morning to place an order over the phone. I was told the computer system was not working properly and instead of waiting you would call back later. That return phone never came and instead I managed to place an order the following evening after your website was fixed.”

“I've used you for years and for years there have been intermittent problems with your website. That was true recently and, as ever, when I phone your staff are always pleasant and efficient. But I worry how much business you lose from people who are not prepared to make the phone call and will just order from Amazon instead. Your prices are good, please make ordering more efficient!”

“Website was fine, and I received the things I had ordered. My concern was I did not receive any communication between order and arrival 2 weeks later. No comms re shipment or tracking. Money went from my account immediately upon order then silence. I had no idea whether the order was being processed, or when it would be sent out, or a possible delivery date. Nothing, no comms at all. That system could be better.”

“Dental products are great but I didn't get an order confirmation email this time and the package was left behind an outside door with no notification. So, a rather uncertain delivery process which I put down to the current virus crisis.”
