“When my order from 3/1/19 had not arived after 10 days, despite having received your first request for a Trustpilot assessment, I telephoned to ask after it. I was told to wait a litte longer but rang again a few days later to re-report none arrival. I was told a new order would be sent and I have just received this in good order.”

“The product was fine but was lost in the post for 2 weeks but they sent me a replacement the after sevice was helpful and apologetic”

“The temporarily gel filling does not really works, the temp filling does not stick to the teeth for more than five minutes. Also the package was push through the letter box which crush all the boxes and the envelope was very sticky with red colour surface.”

“Good prices but delivery charges not so good. I placed two orders close together, one was entitled to free delivery and was not. I was disappointed to find that both orders were delivered in the same package but there was no reduction of the delivery charge.”

“Ordering and delivery simple and smooth. I contacted customer services by email after checking my order had not yet been fully confirmed, to make an amendment. I received a canned response a day later telling me I could check my package status online, not answering the question I had asked. Very disappointed with the slow speed of the bot, or poor human response in normal time, whichever the response was.”

“Well made product, but adding the tree brush into the holder is more fiddly than its predecessor; that had a snap down holder whereas now you have to hold the tree in place whilst attempting to use a screw thread to do it up - quite difficult. Still I prefer this to yet more throw away products which the shops now favour.”

“Firstly let me say that the product is good and delivery excellent.......... the only reason I gave this a 3 star rather than a 4 (I never give 5's on anything) was because someone had to be at home to sign for the parcel. Which meant I could not get them until 5 days later and involved a trip into town to pick up the parcel from the post office.”

“After waiting five days for delivery of my order phoned to find that some items not in stock but hadn't been informed of this by email. Operator v apologetic and arranged an alternative which was posted first class and arrived next day so all one.”
