“Advised in #tock but three week delivery as not in stock”

“The service was reasonable given the C19 situation. Unfortunately the purchase wasn’t as I’d hoped. I made the purchase of Retainer Brite from reading previous reviews but in all honesty I didn’t get the results I had hoped for. All in all including postage I spent about £10 & didn’t get any better result than from using a £1.50 tube of Steradent tablets. Personally I would not recommend the product.”

“Unfortunately one of the items was out of stock. As it was expected in a few days nothing happened. I received no order acknowledgement, no information about the delay - the only way I knew the order had been received was because PayPal had it showing on my account. Eventually I called and found out what had happened, but good customer service should not mean I have to do that. Prices very good, therefore 3 stars otherwise it would have been fewer.”

“There was a picking problem. Was sent the wrong product. Phoned and the right one was sent with a postage paid label to return the wrong one which I duly posted. I was satisfied that the mistake was well handled.”

“My only concern was not receiving an acknowledgement of my order. However, when I rang up to check whether my order had been received, a lovely gentleman apologised and confirmed my order had been dispatched. It duly arrived safe and sound.”

“Whilst the product was exactly as advertised, there was a slight delay due to COVID-19. However, whilst this is understandable, it would have been better if the product journey could have been tracked so I could have known when it was going to arrive. The email notification of dispatch should have a tracking number as is provided by many internet retailers nowadays.”

“The lower denture tape is better than paste, but the shape does not cover my denture and, secondly after about 7 to 8 hours it as useful as paste/ glue. Meanwhile, I will search for better if there is one out there!”
