Took nearly 2 weeks to arrive despite being told otherwise.

Normally products come quite quickly, but on this order, nothing has been delivered a week after it should have been.

The service was ok, but the postage or delivery was completely overpriced with no option for a reduced amount. The delivery cost £15 for something that would normally cost less than £5. I'm happy with the products though and in the long run it's cheap if it saves a tooth

My original order never arrived. When I enquired I was asked to wait a few days in case it showed up. After a few days another delivery was sent to me !st class post and this arrived OK. Clare in your office was very helpful.

I have been desperate to find a product that works. This one is better than most and it works fine as long as you don't eat or drink anything hot, then it's as if nothing has been used. I do however, like the fact that it is water soluble.

Reasonably priced and fairly speedy delivery, but the Website for this company is not very good. For example, when you search for a particular item, just about every other item they sell is displayed before you can find the item you want! When paying, the payment page for Credit/Debit Cards has a drop down menu saying American Express is accepted and when you fill in the details required, it gives them a green tick but then on the next page it rejects the payment. I asked for a telephone call to sort this out as the telephone number given is a premium rate number, but only received an Email to say they do not accept American Express. This is poor Customer Service and I think it should be better, even if the prices are good!

I placed my order on 28 Nov for 7 items. On 2 Dec I received one item with an invoice stating all 7 had been sent. This the required chasing and I did not get the remainder until 12 Dec. On the 2 occasions I rang Dental Direct those I spoke to were polite and keen to help. Dental Direct prices are competitive and I would use them again in the hope that my experience on this occasion was an unlucky aberration.

Good and courteous service but I do not think price at least items I purchased was that competitive compared to other sources when you consider the delivery charge In my case slowish second class I would use again but will carefully compare prices before purchase. Also seemed to be limited choice of oral b electric toothbrushes

The acquisition/ product/ delivery was fine. However, the website dose. It allow for the 10 % discount and we aware charged VAT. Being in Guernsey the product is exported rated for VAT i.e. zero.

Bought direct from site. As the title states the items bought were at a good price so would buy from the vendor again. My only issue is communication. I didn't receive an acknowledgment email for my order nor did I receive any order tracking details. These days I think almost every supplier offers these as standard.

I placed an order for what I thought was a product in a particular colour. However, when the product arrived in assorted colours (which were not shown on the site), I was somewhat disappointed as the one colour I did want and which was shown on the website was not included. When I spoke to the company I was informed they did not actually have the colour displayed! I have, unfortunately, had to return product for a refund and suggested that they do not colour code the product on their website if it does not relate to the product they are selling.

I was pleased to discover dental direct and reasonably happy with the pricing structure so ordered 7 items - these were all eventually delivered in good order HOWEVER they took over a week to arrive (despite the web site tracker saying the order was complete) during which time I felt obliged to call to chase it only to be informed that they use 2nd class post! This was really annoying - they should use first class or at the VERY LEAST give the customers the option of paying a little extra for the first class option when ordering

Having tried every fixadent available, I had high hopes yours would be more successful. Yes I can now drink hot drinks and the other main advantage is, it does not affect my taste buds like other products. Although I still can not eat food, with my denture in place. One observation I would make, if the hope in the nozzle was smaller, I could apply a thin even strip. So much is wasted!

Prompt delivery of order but have still failed to reply to an emailed query. So, poor, disappointing customer service. As for the product, it hasn't lived up to its claims. Therefore at this stage, I wouldn't recommend either the products or the company. Maybe they can help me to change my mind?

All aspects went well until I received the package itself via Royal Mail. My order was comprised of a dozen or so small items. These had been placed loose in a padded envelope and sent to me with a sheet of paperwork. When the envelope arrived there was a hole just over an inch wide at the flap end - big enough for some of the items to have escaped. I opened the envelope to check and thankfully none had. However, the cardboard boxes housing some of the items were squashed though the items themselves were undamaged. So a near miss as far as the potential loss of items in the package were concerned and a poor impression created by the crushed product boxes. The answer? A rigid package will be unlikely to spring a hole or allow squashing of contents.

Ordered Nov 24th and have used them 2 times previously. On both previous occasions I received a email confirming the order was despatched 1-2 days post order. I note the website says 99.99% of orders despatched within 24 hours. As I did not receive an email Nov 29th I emailed to ask if their was a problem my credit card was debited for the order by then. No response yet. Today I received an email (Nov 30th) asking to give Dental Direct a Rating. This afternoon the order arrived. The invoice enclosed says the order was processed on Nov 26th. Rating Average which I believe is fair since the order has now arrived but no response to my email or explanation why no despatch email was sent (and yet I get an email asking for a Review). Average is described above as : "acceptable experience but with some friction", which sums up my feelings. I was concerned there was a problem with the order and yet had been charged for it and emailed but no response. Depending on what they say (if they respond) I will consider whether I use them again. =========== EDIT... I note the response from Dental Direct I note I cannot reply. Just as further feedback Dental Direct charged my credit card for the order on Nov 25th.. That was also the reason I assumed you had dispatched the order. I do feel you should only take payment when you have dispatched the order, quote from your email reply "I can confirm that your order was dispatched on 28th November". In the absence of a despatch email I assumed that you had sent the delivery on the date you took payment (Nov 25th), which is how most vendors act. As I have said this is feedback so you can improve your processes. You sent me the email via Trust Pilot asking for feedback and that is what I have given. If you would rather not get feedback, don't ask for it. Incidentally I was asked to give the feedback before I received your email reply or received the goods. A fact which again made me think there was a problem. I assume you actioned the Trust Pilot feedback when you took payment instead of doing it only after the goods had been sent.

My Waterpik nozzles arrived in a damaged condition due to the being posted in a letter envelope (i.e. not a parcel envelope with padding). The company have offered a full refund but I'm still awaiting this after returning the item to them. DentalDirect - please review your packaging. I will be buying elsewhere.

The company is great, it would make it better and easier if they used paypal, product is not as good as described, however it lasts longer than any other product available. Will buy again when needed.
