“I bought three packets of assorted sizes of interdent brushes and three travel cases to store them in. There was no option as to what colour travel cases to have. So I trusted Dental Direct to send an assortment of colours in order that different members of the household could easily identify which was theirs . But no, the travel cases were all the same colour green. Who ever packed either had not been trained properly or had no gumption. Love Europe Hate the EU.”

“Your website was a bit out of date when I first went onto it with several of the TePe interdental brushes colours in the 25 packs missing but when I queried it, it was updated. I also had a receipt with a 10% discount which was disallowed. A bit of a home goal on your behalf. Delivery was good. I have now distributed the various requirements between my family.”

“Products purchased are all good, needed two different floss cleaners, only one was available on DentalDirect websote so had to order through ebay. The ebay seller was, guess who, Dentaldriect so a bit confused why I can't both cleaners from on place.”

“Order placed over 2 weeks ago and still not delivered. Emailed asking status of my order but no reply yet. I know covid causes delay but other companies don't seem to have any issues now? Can't tell if stuff is shipped from abroad or from UK. I'll wait and see what happens. Update from 1 star to 4...package arrived 5 minutes after left the review... And dental direct immediately responded to my review with apology, explanation it had been sent just after order taken and offer to resend order again if lost in post. Have used dentaldirrct before so I'll put this down to slow postage.”
