“I placed an order for various TePe brushes. For the quantity I was buying, Dentaldirect.co.uk's prices and delivery charge were competitive. The order was accurately fulfilled and promptly delivered. The only downside was that Dentaldirect's confirmation email did not reach me, which remained a mystery. However, when I telephoned them the person I spoke to was most helpful and reassuring, so I would not hesitate to order from them again.”

“I have made several purchases from Dental Direct and I have been extremely happy with the products and delivery. I have deducted one star because they never send an email acknowledgement of my order. I take a screenshot of my order number but all other companies send confirmation which is reassuring. I check my junk mail in case it has gone there, but it has not!”

“Very fast delivery! The soft brushes are better for my sore gums, I would like an equivalent of the grey size but could find the right ones. The soft brushes are also better than an electric. All recommended by my dentist.”
