“I have dealt with dental direct on many occasions with products I can get on their website that I cannot get anywhere else. They always deliver to very quickly to my house upon receipt of my order. So a big thank you Dental Direct always deliver great service with great products. Well done to all at dental direct.”

“Great that my order fitted through the letter box and very pleased with the travel case for my interdental brushes only thing I would say is I round have liked them to come within a shorter period it took 7 Days otherwise it would have been a score of 5/5”

“Good range of quality products. Let down slightly by lengthy "standard delivery" times and lack of parcel tracking. Otherwise good service and I would certainly use them again and recommend them to family and friends.”

All parcels are usually posted using Royal Mail 2nd class; once dispatched it is in the hands of Royal Mail to deliver these on time and according to their standard 2-3 days expected delivery time. “my dentist advised specific brushes that would aid my hygiene regime and I found them on this site when other sites either didn’t have or couldn’t supply all of it so very pleased”

“Easy to order, prompt delivery. The only drawback was inferior packaging resulting in two items being missing. This was reported immediately and the missing items were received next day - excellent.”

“Products arrived safe and sound. Packed in a box with protective chips that look biodegradable. Tried eating one. Rather nice. But are they really safe to eat? Perhaps we should ask Dentaldirect before making it a regular addition to my muesli. First delivery attempt on time. Then stuck in Royal Mail delivery office for over a week.”
