Unable to return an item. Booked for pickup for the return item twice and twice the courier didn't show up, contacted the courier who have no record of the pickup being scheduled and the tracking number provided by deporvillage is not valid. Terrible return procedure and no customer service

Although they do not offer a return courier service if you are outside EU & they provide no warning or guidance to help avoid problems with Spanish customs.
