“Delivery very slow”

“Boots arrived quick enough and fit well, but left boot squeaks noisily. Am hoping this disappears once boots have been worn for a couple of weeks.”

“I ordered on the 10th Oct, money was taken on the 11th and here I am on the 17th with no product, still. Website says it has been dispatched but that's all. Compared with other sites this turn around is too slow.”

“I received items ,one pair perfect, one pair sent were wrong size and returned ,contacted customer service who was un help full and rude .I returned the boots with the form indicating reason for return and request for a pair in size 7 black as size 7 and half were sent which were wrong size ,box indicated size 7 but boots didn't .after conversation with customer service who was rude un help full no action from your selves were taken ,even though she stated they had received returned pair which were paid for .”

“I recently bought a pair of desert boots and was really pleased with the quality and the comfortable feel of them, however after a couple of weeks my daughter noticed that the boots were two different colours,the left was taupe and the right was sand. When i contacted desert boots to report this i was told that because i didn't report the fault within 2 days there was nothing they could do. disappointing really but i'm still wearing them and i tell people i have another similar pair at home”
