“Dealt with by at least 3 different people to design a very simple sign (a logo and some text), v. slow service compared to other providers (48 hours to get back proofs with tiny changes). I had outlined a deadline throughout the process which was not picked up on, and ended up having to cancel the order last minute and go with a local company who thankfully turned the job around in 2 days. Extremely poor customer service, phone lines that aren't answered (no answering machine even) so had to call repeatedly throughout the day. When the order was cancelled and refund processed, I still got notifications and an invoice from Design a Sign! I also asked them to remove my contact details from their database, so should not have received this feedback form in the first place.”

“Very helpful member of staff when I rang with a query about delivery address. Object delivered on time and in good condition. My only regret was that they couldn’t manage to add an accent to a French door sign, but I suppose it is an English firm who maybe didn’t have access to a French keyboard. Otherwise no problems at all”

“Website was easy to use and the options to customise your plaque brilliant. My house number was delivered very well packed with fixtures and fitting included in the box, I have now placed the number on the on the wall and I have to say it looks brilliant, the quality of the product is really good and transformed the front of house. The only thing I would say is the delivery was a little slow but it’s all good and we love our new house number.”

“Excellent customer service. My sign was lost in the post, I made contact through email to explain nothing had been received. I spoke with Luke who quickly had a new order put through production and delivered within a few days. Sign looks fantastic and customer service equally.”
