“Good service and product 5/5. However I need help on the bottom pendant for my Bohemian Prague 5 arm brass. I cannot figure out how to put this single pendant on. There appears to be no hole for the little golden button fasten onto the bottom decorative knob screw. This is the very bottom single one-off pendant, item "F" in the instructions. See photo attached.”

“We bought two wall sconces and had them shipped to WA. There was a slight issue with one of them so we contaced Mel at customer support. Mel was fantastic and guided us through how she would address the issue. We received a replacement and plans to have it installed, all arranged by Mel. The communicatin was fantastic. You actually get to talk to a real person without being on hold for hours. I can't recommned Designer Chandelier Australia enough. Buy with confidence.”

“I went to designer chandelier to purchase a chandelier for my new bathroom. I was helped by Marta who was fantastic. she showed ne around their fabulous showroom - I didn't want to leave! I ended up buying four chandeliers as they were so lovely I thought the bedrooms needed them too. If you love chandeliers, this is the place to go.”

Unfortunately a piece was missing, but the business sent out the missing piece immediately I notified them and were very helpful and apologetic. The chandelier looks perfect! Really happy with this purchase and would definite buy from them again.”
